Quality Water Services has many long-term contracts with a well-established client base across West Virginia. We emphasize open communication and proactively work to maintain good relationships with clients. Our leadership team meets quarterly to review contract performance and hold strategic business reviews. This level of focus allows us to look 3-5 years ahead to ensure a stable future for our employees.
Quality Water Services offers a generous benefits package which includes ICHRA contributions for medical insurance through Highmark BCBS, 100% company paid dental, vision, and life insurance for employees and their families. The company offers retirement matching of 100% of the first 3% employees contribute, with immediate vesting, as well as 80 hours of PTO annually, paid holidays, and an annual boot and logo clothing allowance for operators.
We believe in taking care of our greatest asset – our team members! Quality Water Services’ compensation package includes a base wage on the higher end of the market for all positions. New employees can expect a 90-day evaluation, then performance reviews annually. Salary increases are merit based, tied directly to the mutually agreed upon goals for the year and updated quarterly.
The office is open Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Given the nature of serving public water and wastewater utilities, each schedule is set to best support the client’s need. All Quality Water Services employees are home at the end of each workday. We do not normally schedule evening or night shifts; however, any line break or plant issue does mean overtime or the occasional call out will be necessary at times.
Our team members are almost never requested to drive their personal vehicles for performing work. Quality Water Services provides a fleet of safe, well-maintained vehicles for employees to use during working hours. Employees are required to maintain a valid and violation-free driver’s license during their employment, and we have annual Safe Driver training.
Quality Water Services covers all costs associated with training and the pursuit of certifications. If a needed course is out of town, the company provides a vehicle, and we pay up front for lodging and meals. We encourage professional development and growth for our entire team and support all efforts for education and training.
