Founded in 2017, by Alan and Stephanie Westfall, QWS was incorporated in response to the growing need for qualified operators to support rural water systems in West Virginia. Expanding in 2019 to offer the same level of service standards to wastewater utilities, the next several years brought the company many knowledgeable and experienced team members. Together we serve multiple water and wastewater treatment facilities, alongside our rapid expansion into utility distribution and transmission services.  2023 enhanced the company’s expertise through incorporating key leadership roles. With this, QWS provides greater capabilities within compliance and cross connection and backflow program management. Looking ahead to a bright future, QWS is poised for continued growth without losing its foundational commitment as a trusted, valuable, first call when a system finds itself in need.
