Founded in 2017 by Alan and Stephanie Westfall, Quality Water Services was created to meet the growing demand for skilled operators supporting rural water systems across West Virginia. In 2019, we expanded into wastewater operations, bringing the same high standards of service to utilities throughout the region. Over the years, we’ve grown into a strong team of knowledgeable, experienced professionals dedicated to excellence.

From our Weston, WV office, we partner with multiple water and wastewater utilities, bringing a strong focus on maintaining regulatory compliance in an ever-evolving industry.
