Quality Water Services

As Compliance Manager, Cameron Ross plays a crucial role in Quality Water Services.  Drawing on a strong technical background and a deep understanding of West Virginia’s regulatory framework, Cameron leads the QWS team responsible for compliance reporting, permitting, and data oversight for multiple public water and wastewater systems across the state. His hands-on experience in operations, combined with his administrative and analytical skills, ensures that each client system meets the highest standards of public safety and performance. Cameron began his QWS career as a water Operator-in-Training in the summer of 2020, working first in Distribution Systems, then earning his Class I and Class II Water Operator certifications.  He was able to gain these valuable years of industry experience while attending school full-time at West Virginia University where Cameron achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Geoscience augmented by a Business Administration minor.  He is dedicated to the future of QWS through advancing utility resilience, operator development, and to the protection of West Virginia’s water resources. Cameron resides in Weston, WV where he enjoys being an active part of his church and local community.
