Stephanie Westfall
CEO
Meet Stephanie Westfall, the Chief Executive Officer of Quality Water Services. Stephanie is a lifelong West Virginia resident who holds a Bachelor of Science from Fairmont State, a Master of Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and is a WDS certified water operator with over 25 years’ experience in Lean Management, human resources, quality assurance, and staff development. In 2017, after a long career in defense aerospace, Stephanie alongside her husband and business partner, founded Quality Water Services. As the Company’s CEO, Stephanie’s drive comes from a commitment to public health through high integrity services for water and wastewater systems in West Virginia, but her true passion lies in the business side of utility services. She loves God, her family, and serving her community through active roles in her church, Louis Bennett Public Library Board of Trustees, Family Support Center Advisory Council, Lewis County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the West Virginia Region VI Workforce Development Board. Notwithstanding her gratitude for the professional experiences and achievements, Stephanie views her work as wife and mom as her greatest life accomplishments. Stephanie is process oriented and data driven, and enjoys a good problem-solving session, preferably with a white board.
